The ugliest doctors appointment I had in my live.

Her bedside manner was great the first visit. She promised to schedule a follow up once test results were in, but she didn't. I had to call the office to do that myself. When I returned she had a look of wonder about why I was there. She breezed over the results, which were favorable. I asked about the main symptom that drove me there - hairloss, and she prescribed an antifungal topical medicine without any tests. I was an easy mark the first visit with an EKG and chest ex-rays that were unnecessary. Total fail. I will not be back except to collect the results of my tests for my records.

Best part I enjoyed was her blessing to a speedy recovery. She wasn't afraid nor did she fringe to display her faith. My appointment was the same as any other doctors. I've gone into the Family Physician's Night Clinic and my experience two different doctors have been great that I even request to have my medical records transferred to them. I like they way the staff handles themselves with the client.

The office fails a lot to return faxes from Medco for easy renewals. Then trying to get a prescription is worse then anything I can think of. I tired to call the nurse and couldn't even talk to her and they didn't even offer to take a message for a return call. Of course, return calls are impossible. The office does not follow through on ANYTHING. This is the worse office staff I have EVER encountered. It's just like the patient is no one and I am so sick and tired of trying to communicate with these people. If the doctor knew what was happening I'm sure she would be very upset. She had told me, "If you need anything, just call". Well, what good does it do to call when the office staff treats you like you are no one?????? Someone needs to straighten these people out and now

Almost walked out on first visit due to feisty kids in waiting room that staff said they could do nothing about, but I was desperate to be seen for anxiety so I stayed. Glad I did because I otherwise would not have met such a kind, caring and considerate doctor. Dr. Coimbra is the best of the best!

This doctor is the best she was my wife doctor for my 2 children she is going to be my wife doctor again we are having r 3 child this year she the best she helps with everything
