Dr. Maria J Concepcion

I found her to be unsettling and rude at times during the root canal process and treatment. Novicane had to be readminstered several times and questions were being asked while I was unable to speak.

My Dentist referred me to Dr Maria Concepcion and prior to my consultation I did read reviews. I met with Maria, she explained the procedure for Endodontic surgery for an infection in my tooth, this past week I had the surgery. Needless to say I was nervous about the procedure but from the moment I sat in the chair I was made extremely comfortable by not only Maria but also the staff (Cynthia). I had read about having some gas to be relaxed and did opt for a small dose as well as the Novocain. I absolutely felt no pain whatsoever it all went seamlessly. My husband had driven me so after the procedure he was invited in to have everything explained, showing him the x-rays and Maria even drew something for us to explain what she had done in more detail. I was impressed by her bedside manner, and thoroughness. Post op I used medications as prescribed and used ice the first day. I only needed ibuprofen the first day and have had no pain or bruising. The office is clean, Vivian at the… reception desk was helpful too. I would totally recommend Dr. Concepcion and would not hesitate to return if need be.

Dr. Concepcion and her staff were amazing. Her office is cozy and made me feel immediately relaxed. Her receptionist was on point, friendly and welcoming which is so important because she is your first encounter and first impression. And Dr. C, she is so calming and relaxing not to mention she addressed my high anxiety with ease likenitnwas normal and made me feel comfortable and told me everything she was doing. I have never felt so comfortable when getting a root canal and I will go back to her every time (hopefully I won’t need to though lol). I highly recommend her to anyone who has anxiety with the dentist and she was quick, painless and so attentive to her latient’s needs (mine lol). She is awesome! I should know, I have major teeth issues and have been through it all and have tried so many endodontists in Delaware county and Chester county. She is a rock star. On a scale of 1-10 I give her a 100!!!

Dr. Concepcion and the whole office are extremely warm and friendly. I had a root canal and she was so gentle. She also talked me through each step of the process. The entire team made my experience a pleasant one and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable through the treatment. I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone looking for an endodontist!

Dr. Maria Concepcion is not only brilliant, but also kind and very calming. I was completely relaxed and felt in extremely capable hands. Staff were personable, professional, competent and thorough. I was informed of all that was and would be occurring during my procedure. Every aspect of the process exceeded my expectations. There is no comparison.

My experience was excellent. I was treated extremely well, was made very comfortable and would return in a heartbeat!

Dr. Concepcion is an excellent endodontist. I have had a couple of procedures e.g. root canals, apicoectomies done by her and would highly recommend her services! The staff is very friendly, office very clean and bright . Very accommodating in getting an appointment even for 6pm . PLEASE CALL HER IF YOU NEED HER EXPERTISE!

Had root canal done on a tooth but I still had pain. Went for a follow-up and was told that the pain was from a nerve in my jaw. Nothing was done to get red of the pain, but I still received a bill even though she was a participating doctor and she is suppose to accept what the insurance company pays her. When I called the office about the bill I was told that the insurance company did not pay the full amount so I would have to pay the difference.
