Sweet compassionate doctor. Love her! She is great with family members as well.

Im a double lung transplant patient and see many doctors..Dr Crespo is by far my favorite and she relieves all my anxieties

In the beginning, she seemed very caring and concerned. We liked her a lot, and my mother (she was awaiting transplant) really liked her and believed in her. She empathized right in front of us and really made my mother feel like she was under good care. When the sickness started getting complicated, it felt like Dr. Crespo left our side. She stopped communicating regularly, was not very easy to get follow up appointments with, and became very dry with her language and gave less time. I know she is under pressure from dealing with so many sick patients, but I am very disappointed with her end of life care care. She seemed like she stopped caring and then just left.

Dr. Crespo saved my life. She is a very intelligent woman and cares for me like I was her sister. I trust her and value her greatly.
