My first appointment with Dr. Davila, went well. It was a long wait, but she was nice and to the point. For my 2nd appt, I arrive to their location that had a sign that they had moved. I then go to their new location which no one had informed me about. When I get there, I’m told my appointment isn’t in the system. An appointment I made almost a month ago with the gentleman that does the scheduling. Being pregnant and all, they weren’t able to accommodate me any earlier. The young lady at the front desk then tells me that the doctor is too busy to see me. They are obviously very unorganized. Then an older lady in the back wants to be rude to me and tell me it’s my fault. Instead of simply apologizing for the mixup, they want to blame me! Don’t need to be insulted and made to look crazy when going to see a doctor. Will be looking for a new endocrinologist.

I take my 85 year old mother and 83 year old mother in law to her. She treats them with such compassion and respect. She is patient and is thorough in her explanations of their treatment for their well being. So happy and Blessed to have found her.
