Dr. Maria Fain, MD

I just can't say enough positive things about the office and the level of care. Doctor Fain is absolutely caring, takes your matter serious and personal, definitely goes above and beyond and makes sure she knows the problem and tries to find solution. Irina the manager is absolutely amazing, so caring, considered, just so eager to help that I do not know if these type of human exist on Earth. She is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, she ensures everything runs smoothly and is always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Her organization, professionalism, and genuine care for patients and their families make every visit a pleasant experience.Whether it's scheduling appointments, handling insurance issues, or making sure our visits go as seamlessly as possible, she does it all with a smile and warmth that makes us feel like more than just patients. Her dedication and ability to juggle so many responsibilities, while always maintaining a personal touch, is incredible. We… are so grateful for her consistent help! Sasha the receptionist is truly a sweetheart, my kids absolutely loves everyone in this office! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Maria is the best doctor for children could be. It is very difficult to find a good doctor. I truly bereaved ,it is suppose to be a waiting time and a big line of patients, because she spend time with each individual patient and parents. I will strongly recommend to all parents Dr. Maria, she very knowledgeable in her field! She is truly good Doctor!!!

Very long wait. Unacceptable

I'm a pretty tough, and easy-going broad, but this place was a complete waste of time. I took my 6 week old son here this morning for his first visit. We were told to arrive early to fill out new patient paperwork. Appointment was at 11:30, so we arrived at 11:10. Upon arrival we found a clean, yet incredibly cold waiting room. The lady at the front desk was on the phone with the doctor, asking her if she was on her way, and asked if she could stop to get printer paper. Seriously. She actually said that they needed paper and that there were patients waiting. It struck me as odd that #1 the doctor wasn't there but her patients were, and #2 why the he** would someone ask her to make a stop when she was already late? The med assistant came and put us in an exam room about 5 minutes later. When we were walking into the room I was slapped in the face by the foulest, most disgusting smell of cheap perfume I have EVER experienced. No joke, it was STRONG and extremely pungent. In all my… experience in the healthcare field, I have known it to be a fact that one does NOT wear perfume or cologne around patients due to allergy issues. Especially infants. Both mine and my son's eyes were watering with irritation. Neither one of us have allergies, but I cannot begin to explain how strong and nasty that perfume smelled. One does not need allergies to feel completely violated by the s**t smelling stank that flowed through that office. The MA went on to weigh and measure my son,all the while filling the exam room with her horrible perfumy stench, then said to keep him undressed for the Dr. to examine. Fine. FOURTY minutes later there was still no doctor, it was still VERY cold in the exam room, and so I got him dressed and we walked out. It's simply not reasonable to keep a 6-week-old nearly naked infant waiting for FOURTY minutes. Of course I had him bundled up in a blanket, but that's not the point. It's my guess that had I not got him dressed and left, that the 40 minutes we already waited would have turned into and hour, possibly more. When walking out of the room and past the front desk, I politely - yet sternly - told the same MA that examined my son that our eyes were watering from the overwhelming smell of her perfume and that we had been waiting for over 40 minutes, both of which were unacceptable, and that we were leaving and would be looking for another pediatrician. I cannot comment on the Doctor herself as we never even met her, but I can surmise that she is only as prompt and professional as the staff she works with. Absolutely horrible experience. We will never again visit this office, nor recommend this Doctor to any of my friends or colleagues. I might add that after returning home I had to immediately bathe my son to get the stench off of him, as well as shove soapy Q-tips up my own nose to clean out the stench that was burned into my nasal cavity.

This was a few years ago. We made several appointments and showed up on time. Each and almost every time we had to wait unbelievably long. The receptionist said they were simply overbooked and acted like it's not her problem. I find the doctor to be okay but the front office staff's attitude (rolling her eyes, showing indifference when I pointed out that we had been waiting for over an hour for the last couple of visits, then talks to her coworkers in foreign language, etc.) was rude. Never seen such low level of customer service and manners elsewhere. She doesn't seem to care about keeping her job. Even thought the doctor was ok, I finally decided to find another doctor.

Ive seen many dr, taht usually run in and run out. Maria actually spend time with my son, took her time to explain everything, answered all the questions, and wasnt acting in a hurry. Shes currently our pediatrician.

Just saw Dr Fain today for the first time. What a sweet woman! She really cares, asked questions patiently, checked my son thoroughly, took her time with me. Let me add that the receptionist was pleasant and her nurse is an absolute dream. The office is incredibly clean and kid friendly with toys and disney movies on for the little ones. I feel blessed to have found her!

Very rude office staff , long wait . Doctor not in office worst place to go.
