After 30 years I'm very upset with this Dr. services I've been waiting for a refill for HBP for a week, now she states I see other Dr. She doesn't even communicate with me, I consult with this Dr. every 3 months and now she has an excuse not to provide medication that are necessary to control my HBP. where the good care has gone?

Firstly, 2 and a half hour wait. Secondly, even though they are listed as accepting of my particular insurance plan, they had no idea how it worked and charged me the full price for the visit. Thirdly, the doctor referred me to a specialist who, it turns out, doesn't even accept my plan. Basically 80 dollars down the drain. I now have to assign a new primary care doctor, schedule an appointment and get referred all over again. No clue what they are doing. Life is too short and stressful. Steer clear.

Be prepared to spend at least 2hrs in the waiting room .
