Dr. Maria Lourdes Fogata, MD

Dr Fogata is supposedly in my mothers car at HR hospice but has yet to see my mother after 4 months. We have asked her three times to write a letter of medical necessity so that we can get 24 hr care. The first two letters lacked detail and we were denied 24 hr care. She refused to write the third letter, removed herself from my mothers care and told us we won’t be able to get 24 hr care even if she did write the letter. HR hospice and Fogata have not helped us secure the care we need for my mother. I wouldn’t recommend this dr.

I found Dr Fogata to be compassionate and caring. We feel fortunate to have found her to care for our family member with the devotion and consideration she has expressed. Thank you Dr Fogata.

Dr Fogata has provided medical care for my elderly parents for 12 years, and she is truly a compassionate and excellent doctor - and a wonderful human being. We are so grateful to have her as my parents’ physician, and highly recommend her.
