Dr. Maria S Garcia-Martinez, MD

I have been going to dr garcia for an few amount of years now and been dealing with rude and non caring back office help. Her front desk has been great along with the doctor.

Dr. Maria X. Garcia-Martinez is a very caring doctor. she listens and is very thorough with her patients. She's awesome I have been coming to this doctor since 2010. I love her.

I can't believe the negative comments I am reading.... Dr. Garcia has been my family Dr. for over 25 years. She has had my 3 kids since birth, who are now 26, 24 ad 19 and she has always had our best health her number 1 priority. She has always made sure to take care of our health needs immediately and refer us when a referral is needed. I always feel that if there is a problem with the staff, that is not 100% the Dr's fault, and a Dr. should not be rated any less, that is a issue with the board who hires and although she may be a part of that board, she is only one vote. Most of the time attitude is on the half of the client/patient. I see that in my field of work everyday. I must admit in the almost 30 years of going to this Dr's office there have been some ladies working along side of Leti that have not been the friendliest, however, if you are friendly to them, they will be friendly right back. I know it shouldn't work that way, but unfortunately the young people now a days… just work that way! I like to attribute it to them being "shy" idk, maybe I give them the benefit of the doubt.... Anyway, Dr. Garcia is wonderful and her assistant is just as wonderful, they are a great team.

Dr. Garcia Is by far the worst doctor ever! I had fractured my ankle 3 years ago and she assumed it was my fibromyalgia Causing the pain. She finally sent me to a foot and ankle doctor after the three years of complaining about Pain turns out I still have that fracture and It won't heal on it's own anymore so I might need to have surgery . Worst dr. ever!!!!!

I have been along time as a patient. After this visit, I rarely think I will come back. I have been hesitating about coming back and today did it. I'm through been quiet. IT IS SOME SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD ESPECIALLY DOCTOR OFFICE. I HATE going to the doctor . Walk ins just can complain about sitting too long and jumps in front of people with appointment. You have too sit just like everyone else.

The office staff lacked basic knowledge on how to take vitals like height, weight, etc. I had to direct the process to ensure accuracy. The doctor was acceptable but looked at her tablet more than my child.

very rude office staff. can not understand her when she talks. English is her second language missed diagnosis.

Front desk staff at office is extremely unhelpful and impolite. I've been a patient for 6 years and have been turned away for services repeatedly.
