Dr. Maria Garcia, MD

Dr. Garcia is the most caring and attentive doctor I have met. She got us through the Original Covid-19 variant! She checks up on her patients, even in the evening if something is going on with them. She asks and answers questions! I have sent many people to her and they have stayed with her. She practices well care and believes in natural remedies at times. I highly recommend her as a Primary MD and a person!

Dr. Maria Garcia is very competent and thorough. She is caring, polite, and organized.

This is my first time to see Dr. Garcia. I've been looking for a PCP for quite some time and Dr. Garcia was recommended. I finally made the appointment for my annual physical check-up. It has been 3 years since I had my physical because my original doctor moved. I have to say that my experience with Dr. Garcia and Norma was superb! Very understanding doctor and Norma was great and easy to talk to. They both made me feel comfortable. My appointment was at 6 pm and being quite late during the day, they were still both upbeat and very accommodating. I know that it's not going to be always a good visit....there might be days that it's a long wait or frustrating or something, nevertheless, I think I found my doctor!

I have found that from my first visit Dr. Garcia was a very caring Dr.who takes the time to listen to you an give you her attention. The one drawback, and that is will ALL DRS today is that darn computer!!!!! That takes so much of Drs. time it sometime creates anger among patients. This is not the Dr. fault. If you want to be a good Dr. TIME is what must be given to ALL PATIENTS and sometimes it makes for unpleasant situations.

Dr. Garcia is a wonderful family physician. She spends much more time with you than your average doctor and I trust her medical opinion. She is very open to alternative methods of healing (eg. acupuncture.) I feel very frustrated at times with the staff and scheduling in areas such as obtaining referrals and lab results. Hold times on the phone can be extensive.

Love Dr. Garcia's "bedside manner" and understanding of issues. She takes the time to listen to me and come up with ideas.

In it for the money couldn't care less about their patients. Tales a minimum of 3 days of constant phone calls before they return your message, their phone system is set up that you cannot get in contact with a real person unless you have a "serious medical emergency." Staff is uncourteous and it isn't unusual to be waiting an hour after your scheduled appointment time to get in to the office where the doctor will spend 10 minutes and write the prescription. After 10+ doctors visits over the last 6 months I have had enough, I will be switching to somewhere that my doctor or nurse or anyone in the office will reply to the mandatory message you must leave if you have any hope of getting a call back.

I love Maria. She is a sweetheart and knows her stuff. One thing I don't like is how She, and ALL Doctors, for that matter - love to PUSH certain medications down your throat. (Incentive purposes, I assume. Lol.) But, I say no about 25x and she gets the point. Lol. Great bedside manner by all staff. Can't say much about the tellers in the front. They're kind of nasty and make you uncomfortable. But they're just miserable with their own life so they can kick rocks.

Dr Garcia takes time with her patients, which often makes her fall behind schedule.

Dr. Garcia is very thorough and attentive with her patients. However the wait time in the office is very poor. Waited nearly 2 hours in a room before she saw me.
