Stay away from this place! 0 stars. Worst customer service, bed manners. The manager has poor ethics. Could care less about you. Bloodwork sent my snailmail, without the actual results. I tried to be patient and give another two chances, NOPE, not anymore. Save yourself the time..grr. Also don't go by the phone number on google. It is to another office. I found this out once I arrived believing I had an appointment, to my surprise they had the wrong number on google, vitals.com, etc and didn't want to make up for their error and fit me in while I was explaining to them I really did not feel well and to come back another day would not be ideal. Waited 1 hr to be told they wouldn't see me!

I feel she has done an excellent job of taking care of my medical needs.

Outstanding doctor. She takes time to listen to you and really cares.

I tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and they told me they don't have any appointments available till October, and I told the secretary it was kind of emergency, I can't wait to be seen by a doctor in 2 months having a really bad sore throat, will never go to this doctor and no matter if is closed to my home, I will not recommend either.

Was recommended by a friend. Was supposed to be caring and spend time with her patients. She could care less and I could get better advice from any Joe on the street.

I love Dr. Gonzalez, at her office you just don't go in and then go out! She is always accessible, she listen to your complaints and she advise you. even when you try to get appointments for emergencies...she and her staff are Super! You have to wait a little but is worth it! Super Doctor I will not change her, unless she refuses to receive me.... LOL :)

My experience with this office is that they are unethical in that they charge customers and insurance companies for items that the patient did not ask for and charging for an additional consultation of $170 for discussing items of different topic than the one that the patient originally came in for. The office/billing staff are unreasonable and uncourteous to customers. The building seemed like an old professional bulding, not a doctor's office. They also told me my test results were inconclusive and that I needed to return in 6 months. I wonder if that was just to get me to return. I got tested at another place and my results were fine. I would avoid choosing this place.

Initially, she was extremely caring and easy to connect with for our young family. At first it didn't bother me that there were usually more pharmaceutical sales people coming through than patients because she seemed to be using all of those valuable resources for her clients. She referred me to a very good cardiologist whose goal of clearing me of the necessity for the 8 or so medications I had been prescribed by my PCP I shared with such great enthusiasm that I sought as many alternatives to medication as possible. This seems to be where the trouble began. While the cardiologist showed no further need for diabetic and high blood pressure meds, she became increasingly more discourteous with each visit. One of the most telling incidents is a letter I received after a complete physical where she revealed that I had no chronic disorders but should continue taking the 8 medications previously prescribed by her. Confusion about the three statins I had been jointly prescribed by the… cardiologist and the PCP led to another visit where she ranted about as if I were a 6 year old misbehaving. Simply put, the pharmacy refused to fill all these statins and didn't know which one to produce for me. Further compounding the strained relationship was a referral she made to a gastric specialist charged with clearing out h-pylori infection who would charge me just to tell me how much it would cost for endoscopy and once done, charge me again to release the pictures ...this went on until I stopped seeing her. (Incidently, I just received yet another invoice from this endoscopy which was said to be brought to zero balance a year ago). In short, Dr. Gonzalez began using her staff to warn me that she was only going to address one particular issue and not another. Eventually, they were tasked to screen me out even from discussing such sensitive issues as work release documents, a matter that could cost me my job. I can only attribute the unhospitable treatment by Dr. Gonzalez and her staff to my attempts to change my life style from life long medicine dependency to healing through diet and exercise which has actually been working for me. It is most unfortunate that I have to try to find another doctor that will treat me with respect and care while I am out sick with the potential of losing my job because she has chosen to be so discourteous to me and my family.

Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor! She's actually they reason why I'm motivated to do yearly visits/checkups. She really takes the time to listen to you and act on what your symptoms are. Dr. Gonzalez in one in a few!

I've been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for almost three years now, and she has been a lifesaver for me during a very hard time of my life. I've never met a doctor who cares so much about her patients, even the new ones. She spends a lot of time talking to you about a condition and helps you actually understand different medications and options. She does a great job with follow-up (i.e. calls to make sure you've made appt. with specialist, etc.). I would recommend her to anyone, and I plan to to stay with her for a long time.
