Dr. Maria Auxiliadora Granados, MD

This was the worse experience I have had with a professional of any kind. This was the first time meeting this dr. I took my 4-year daughter in for a possible UTI.This dr saw us in the hallway, and without introducing herself, told me that if my daughter did not pee in the next 15-20 minutes we had to leave and go to urgent care because they had to close the office (they had already collected my $25.00 co-pay). She did not bother to listen to any of my concerns. When I told her that my daughters sleep had changed and she was not sleeping. Her response was “I don’t know, talk to her and ask her why she’s not sleeping. There must be something that has triggered it.” Not only did she not take the time to get to know us or find out what was going on with my daughter, but kicked us out of the office. I must add that our appointment was at 4:30 and we were actually early for the appalment. Will never go back. Horrible bed side manner, lack of knowledge and lack of compassion for her… patterns.
