Dr. Maria Ruby Guajardo, MD

She has too many patients now, doesn't spend much time with you you'll wait for more than an hour just to have 5 min with the Dr. Staff is clueless, can't tell me what I'm coming in for, and I know others who are being seriously overcharged by this Dr. Won't be coming back here hoping to switch soon. She was great a couple of years ago, now, she just looks so tired and run down, is always in a rush to move on to next patient. Very dissapointed. Her student p.a. is much nicer than she is, and actually hears you out. The 30 minute drive is no longer worth it to me.

This office was dirty in the restroom. Doctor was over 2 hours late at one appointment. High staff turnover. Staff seemed untrained. Did not clearly give diagnosis. Incorrect diagnosis. Blood test was taken incorrectly.

twice i've been in and twice my waiting time was over 2hrs.... horrible..... i was even charge to go over my test result... got a letter in the mail by my insurance company listing in detail of all my rediculous charges.... never going back...
