Let's start with the Dr. Gutierrez is amazing! Her NP is so sweet. Now lets talk about the office staff. The front desk ladies are so sweet. But lets really talk about the her office manager Cesar... This man is the most nasty human being I have ever met in my life. His customer service is horrendous! My daughter was in the hospital for things that the office should have caught, we ended up spending the day in ER. I called the office to tell them we would not be able to make the appointment, we immediately called the office to let them know. We spoke with the physician directly. When we went to the follow up he came into the room with the children while the NP was evaluating them, screaming and yelling that there was a cancellation fee. My children were terrified. I got up and I told him, this is not the way to speak to a parent with the children in the room. I called to get the medical records because we decided due to this mistreatment we will switch PCP. Went to pick up the… paperwork and the minute he saw or faces, told the front desk girl to bring all the paperwork, came back out and said this needs to be paid. Very rudely. Dr. Gutierrez as someone in the medical field as well, I advice you this man will start running your patients away. He needs to learn empathy and customer service.

Why am I not surprised that it took a woman to properly diagnose and treat our six month old daughter. After a couple of urgent care visits and a hospital visit, we were referred to Dr. Gutierrez, and I’m so grateful that we were. She throughly checked our daughter and found what no one else could. She took her time to explain everything to us to get her healthy again. I’m happy that we found the right pediatrician for our daughter, and we hope you do too.

The doctor and staff are amazing!!! Doctor Gutierrez always listens to concerns and has a great bedside manner. Office is clean and the team is polite and always see you on time.

I’ve taken my daughter to Dr. Gutierrez for 7 years. Dr. Gutierrez is compassionate, knowledgeable and a good listener. She is great with my daughter and explains things in a way she can understand. I highly recommend her! (And her office is run efficiently by a considerate staff. We’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to see the dr.)
