The worst customer service skills of anyone I have seen. Demeaning, speaks down to you and treats you as incapable of understanding. Short tempered and very rude on top of cutting you off when you try to speak. Narcissism at it's finest. Awful.

Maria likes to talk down to people and act like they are stupid. She talks over you when you try to explain something. She’s extremely hard to deal with especially outside of work she act like she is better than you. She needs a dose of reality on how she speaks to people.
