Dr. Maria E Hoffman-Guardia, MD

She was a Dr. of my child for the past 3 years. My son had upper and lower respiratory infections the entire year. I visited her office occasionally and was very perplexed about what she was doing. Dr. Hoffman is not in her office to see the patients. Patients are seeing by a bunch of medical assistance and new college graduate nurses. All they do, prescribe different antibiotics without knowing whether the bacteria or the virus causes the sickness. My child has already developed resistance to the antibiotic. I do not understand where did she get her medical degree. I am sure not in the United States. Any time I took my son to her and asked her a question, she paused until she gets to the computer in her office. In my opinion, Dr. Hoffman's knowledge was based on the computer. If one day the computer dies, she would be paralyzed and does not know what to say to you. This Dr. is very unprofessional and interferes with your family issues. I do not recommend her to anyone.… Please find elsewhere to treat your child. Good luck to you.

First- Phone: When you call the phone rings for a period of a min i get an appt either right that day or the next day Second- Clinic: LOOOOOOOONG period of wait first when I signed in there was nobody at the window theres two sign in areas and NOBODY was there FINALLY when someone got there she asked if she could help me then i said im here to see the doctor and she said "oh hold on thats not what i do" SERIOUSLY!! then why did she even bother i asked my self, she goes to a back room it look like medical records were there THEN the front office staff shows up and hands me the sign in sheet that was on top of her desk the whole time i asked who was that lady who "ASKED" if she could help guess what it was the office manager!!!! after that i waited in the lobby for 2 hours i fillay left i didnt even see the doctor. Its pathetic to have that kind of office manager no wonder the staff is everywhere.I came here because i heard the doctor was good, the person who told me this though failed… to metion the office staff doesnt know the meaning of "work" especialy the office manager. Im NEVER going back. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL.

Could not be happy with any other doctor, but It will be great to get calls back after appointments to see how they're doing.

MY NEICE ANGELICA B. GOES TO YOUR OFFICE AND YOUR STAFF IS SO KIND AND YOU MAKE SURE WHEN THE PT LEAVES YOUR OFFICE THEY ARE AWARE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. NOT MANY DOCTORS DO THAT.

dr hoffman is very nice and profetional never had i seen a dr like her she is awsome
