Dr. Maria Lourdes Austria, MD

The receptionist has been replaced with an answering machine, and no one returns messages left on the machine for days, if at all. Dr. Austria is an excellent physician IF you can ever find a way to make an appointment. I feel my children no longer have access to reliable healthcare, and I'm transferring to another office.

i am always impressed with her and her husband!!! my only compliant is she doesnt treat adults! :) i can call any time and i akways get an answer or a call back within the hour!!!

Dr. Austria is the best pediatrician I have ever experienced. She takes so much time with my daughter or son during their visit! She talks and ask questions. She remembers their name and previous visits. I have called to ask a question and Dr. Austria herself follows up with the answer or concern. I feel her knowledge of being a doctor and a mother of 3 are superb! I have received above and beyond service from the front desk and Dr. Austria. I trust her implicitly. I believe the wait is long b.c she is spending time with her patients. I dont mind waiting for her!

I have been taking my children since my first was born right after she opened her own office. my friends have pediatrician that i always hear them complaining about. I am so pleased with her and her staff that i have at times driven 45 mins one way just to keep my children in her office.
