Dr. Maria T Lufrano, DO

Had to rush my mother to the hospital due to some sort of internal bleeding. Dr. Lufrano was the doctor on call at the hospital and as soon as I explained to her what happened she suspected that it was diverticulosis (sp?). She was right. She is very pleasant, takes her time with her patients not like some doctors who rush you. She is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately because she was too far away for my mother to continue seeing her we had to go to another doctor who was okay but not like her. She is now in Bronxville which is about 5 minutes from my house so my mother and myself will be seeing her again. So happy. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Lufrano is excellent. She takes her time, thoroughly examines each patient and develops individualized treatment plans for all. She is bright, cheerful, positie and incredibly gifted with her expertise in medicine.
