"Expect the bare minimum, a rushed experience and zero help with prior authorizations with insurance. The office will actively ignore you if it isn't a basic cleaning and exam. The online reservation system will cause you frustration. You will set an appointment after clearing your schedule for the time you will get a call back saying the spot online was not actually available and you need to reschedule."

I saw this dentist recently for the first time. When she "introduced herself," she had her back to me. She continually "interviewed" me with her back to me. She was extremely insensitive to the information I provided on my form, and continually told me I had terrible teeth. She did not tell me when she was done, and just stood up and walked away. She did not give me a final report or prognosis. Terrible health care provider and the office was dirty.

Dr Teresa was very professional and took my emergency appointment. I had a very bad tooth ache that was nagging me for 2 days. I went in without and appointment and she diagnosed that I will need a root canal. She performed it very expediently and painless. I recommend this Dentist.

Dr. Manalad, have been my dentist for 4 yrs, when I visit her office the staff is very friendly, the Dr provided me with the best treatment and services. My daughter who is 17 is also a patient of Dr. Manalad, my daughter lost one of her front tooth at a very young age and was wearing a partial denture provided by the doctor, then the doctor upgraded my daughter to a permanent front tooth not an implant. Dr. Manalad gave my daughter her confidence back, she did such a perfect job that no one would ever know that the teeth Dr. Manalad placed in the front of her mouth is not her own.

Dr. Manalad is the BEST ever! I had seen her about 5 yrs ago and then I lost track of her after she moved. Once I found her again, I literally did a Happy Dance. LOVE HER!!!
