Dr. Martinez has been my Dentist for years. I always hated going to the Dentist. I always thought that they were going to tell me that I needed treatment done even when I did not. I was also very afraid of pain. She told me that her job is to heal me to the point where I would only go see her for cleanings which is the way it should be. I had my doubts, well it was true. After healing my cavities and gums, I don’t get cavities anymore and my gums no longer bleed. I used to think that it was normal, no one ever took the time to show me how to properly floss or brush. She takes the time. She enjoys educating her patients. I wish that all of my doctors were like her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martinez for many years, and there is no question that her experience and caring for me as a patient is 100%! She has really looked out for many of my dental problems. However, the communication from the front desk staff is poor and ALL of my scheduled appointments this year were rescheduled a day or two prior to the appointment (even after I’ve confirmed on my end by text message), which is very upsetting when I need to make arrangements to leave my work early. It is because of this I’ve decided I’m not returning. I see another patient has had the same experience, which is unfortunate.

WOuld never recommend this dentist to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Martinez. I used to dread going to the dentist. It was on my top 5 of least favorites "must do" list. However, her warm, friendly office makes me feel right at home. Lillian is an excellent office manager and has wonderful customer service skills. Dr. Martinez is unique in that she is well versed in holistic healing and she combines that knowledge with her expertise in traditional dentistry . I feel as if I am in very competent and caring hands.
