Dr. Maria Nella Musso, DO

Dr. Musso is busy because she is such a great doctor. She cares about the patients and their families. She knows and remembers everyone that visits her office. This is boutique medicine at its finest.

I love Dr. Maria N. Musso. She has been my PCP for three years and I keep all my doctors til they retire. She is a wonderful person and all doctor's offices a person has to wait. I love the idea that she takes time with her patients and speaks with them. She never rushes me and she answers all my questions with a smile and a warm heart. Dr. Musso is one of the few doctors who truly knows you. In her office you are not a patient ID or number, you're an individual that matters. She knows your name, your family and never forgets your medical history. She truly cares. The staff is caring and always willing to help.

If you are waiting for test results, don't hold your breath....it will take about two weeks and then you will be called by someone who is obviously not medically trained and gives you a one sentence result in a robotic voice. I recently found out that when they called to give me results they left a message at a wrong number. When a receptionist answers the phone you are immediately put on hold and you usually stay there. Need a prescription? Good luck with that; they have a voice mail with their rules for prescription requests that takes about 5 minutes to listen to. And when you have an appointment....don't expect to be seen for at least 2 and half hours later. The Doctor is wonderful but that's not enough.

She is a great doctor very caring

Ive been coming here for three years and nothing ever changes.the front desk is rude especially the Caucasian blonde women with glasses.you can usually wait 1to 4 hours just to see a doctor.one time I waited 4 hours to see a doctor . It takes forever for someone to pick up the phone .today is 12-05-16 and I had an emergency I called to see if they had any openings available.the receptionist told me 11:15 .i got here at 10:40.i told the front desk if she can Bill me later because payday is Thursday and the last 20 I had was suppose to go for gas.the blonde lady with glasses said without no copay payment I can't see the doctor.the front desk lady asked her office manager she said no we need copay then she asked the doctor and even the doctor said no [ I forgot the doctors name but it wasn't Maria musso].it I didn't have an emergency I would of just walked out but this will be my last time here . The only reason why I would always come here despite the long wait and the staff not picking… up the phone is because of Dr Maria musso.shes a good doctor .shes patient,she doesn't rush you,sweet and she's caring. I hope everyone else watched out for this place

Dr. Maria Musso is wonderfully caring and competent. She responds quickly to requests and follows up when needed.

Worst Doctor...Cannot diagnosis...If by chance you do see her, you'll wait a few hours because of over scheduling.. .Better to see one of the associates, that will also be over an hour wait...Really bad office environment...Staff never picks up the phone if you have to call in or if another doctor needs to call for records...Just horrible!! Rude staff...overall....Stay away!

I love Dr. Musso but her staff is the worst. I put off going to the Doctor because I don't want to wait a minimum of 3 hours or deal with her rude staff. When I finally go through the motions I am so glad to have her as my Dr. Its hard to find good help!

Every time i try and call for an appointment i have to play phone tag or am put on hold just for them to tell me there are no appointments. It doesn't matter if i am calling for the day or a week from now. They want me to call in every day to see if there are any free times. The staff is very rude, I have seen the doctor once in the two years that i have been going there. If this place wasn't so close to home i would definitely not be coming here.
