Mine have improved with Dr Olivero , 95% better and only been on shots 3 months.

I have no complaints about the doctor or the staff. I have received wonderful care and the entire office of people are friendly and helpful. Dr Oliver’s spends a good amount of time with me and answers all the questions I ask. The staff that give the injections are very friendly. The office desk staff have only been friendly and helpful. Never have had a problem. I would recommend this doctor and practice to anyone. In fact I did have done so already. No complaints.

I am really disappointed I never got to see Dr. Olivero. I drove 40 minutes and I needed to be tested for a specific med before I have surgery. Unfortunately the way I filled out the paper work wasn't good enough for the lady at the front desk. She was mean and rude, So miserable that I decided to leave. When I asked her to give me back the list that I brought her of things that I was allergic to, she threw it out of the window and it landed on the floor. When I went to pick it up, I hit my head on the short counter on the outside of the office. Not only did I not see the doctor, but I suffered a contusion on the top of my head and am now headed to see another doctor for that. If you are going to this office, prepare yourself, the woman at the front desk is ruthless and is not a people person. People like this are usually frustrated with their own lives so they want to make everyone else miserable. BAD OFFICE STAFF. I don't know how the physicians put up with it. Maybe they don't care… either.

I have been treated by Dr. Olivero for several years. She is thorough and easy to talk to. I receive shots monthly and was just retested to make sure the serum is still what I need.

I was diagnosed with allergies and asthma at age 6, I'm now 63. Moved to Florida in Oct. 2011 and found Dr. Olivero online; checked her Board qualifications before making my first appointment. I always feel comfortable speaking with her and have never felt rushed out of a consultation/exam. Was tested for allergies for the first time ever in 2012 and am now receiving allergy shots. I seldom have skin rashes these days; used to occur several times a year. Now when seasonal changes affect my asthma or skin rash, Dr. Olivero takes care of it quickly. I feel very happy to have found her.

I was referred by another allergy doctor for a 1 time visit to have 1 specific drug allergy test performed. The office staff wrongly told me my insurance did not cover this doctor and & that I would have to self-pay. I knew this was false so I called my insurance carrier who called the doctor's office and explained that my plan covered this doctor and how they had to file for the claim. Before I arrived for my appointment, I prepared for the office visit by printing and filling the relative items on the 8 page questionnaire (yes 8 pages!) that applied to my 1 time visit. The office staff would not allow me to be seen by the doctor unless I completed ALL of the 8 pages in full ! I asked if the doctor could decide what if any of the additional information needed to be completed and the staff said NO that all forms have to be completed in FULL! I told the staff that was ridiculous and I left.

A fantastic allergist with great communicative skills and diagnoses.

I have a mild asthma condition. Dr Olivero can careless to try to actually cure your asthma condition. Dr Olivero is more concerned about getting you hooked on prescription drugs w/o an end near. She will not try to get you on an affordable medicine w/o risks. Also, when you need a new Albuterol inhaler, she will not renew it even if you are out of it, if you have not seen her over a year. So if your asthma is well controlled and you need that as needed inhaler you take once a month and your out....well, tough luck and prepare to fork over more money for an office visit plus the Rx. In fact her manager will insist on the appointment even when asthma symptoms are not present. This appointment maybe 2 weeks out. So here you are w/o a routine medicine for weeks. She can careless.
