Dr. Maria P Patterson, MD

For 25 years I had to deal with a lazy eye that would happen every time I looked up. I thought there was nothing I could do. Doctor after doctor used to tell me that I needed eye therapy. One doctor recommended Dr. Patterson and it was one of the best things that ever happened to me. The whole staff was wonderful and Dr. Patterson always took the time to answer all my questions. I had to have 2 surgeries, and my only regret is that I didn't find her sooner in life.

Our son has strabismus. Dr. Patterson was confident and re assuring the entire way. We are pleased with the outcome and would recommend her to family or friends.

Our son, Alex, has been seeing Dr Patterson since he was 2. She performed the surgery for his "lazy eye" which developed overnight. I've always felt confident and reassured that she was the best dr. to oversee my son's progress. Alex is 8 1/2 and I feel Dr Patterson has done the best that any could do. I would and have recommended her to my friends and family.

Wow, a well educated and talented physician who provides the best care in a low-overhead office. Our insurance company charges were much lower than with our previous doctor. We are very satisfied with her care for our son who needed surgery for his crossed eye. The waiting room is great because it is stocked with toys and books to make a child feel at home.

Having to have surgery on any child is hard, and eyes are a scary thing...Dr. Patterson talked us through everything, was with us every step of the way, and made us all feel at ease. The surgery on both eyes was quick, and recovery swift. I would definately recommend Dr. Patterson to anyone whose child has problems with their eyes.
