Well. Convenient isn't always best. The past few times I have been to Potomac Physicians Bel Air Health Center 104 Plumtree Road Belair, MD 2101 I have not been happy with the service. I like the location in relations to the other providers I have to see in the area, but the staff is not the best. They can be pretty inconsiderate and I don't like it. So, sorry Dr. Georgia Peters. I will be looking for a new provider. Not because of you, but because your staff needs some refreshers courses on the humanity of patients as people and treating people the way you want them to treat you. Do unto others, that's the Golden Rule. Having said that, I am looking for recommendations for a new Primary Care Physician. Thanks

Very friendly she listens to your concerns. She is very caring doctor that will take extra steps to find out your medical problem if it does not show up in test that were taken.

I have been seeing Dr Peters for 8 years now, she is wonderful, caring and very professional and thorough -- the office visits and times have improved over the years, so expect and inital 15 minute waiting period, and then, expect her to spend the time with you to diagnosis and discuss your issues.

Reception is lazy. People waiting 40 minutes just to check in! Then the doctor rushes you out!!

I absolutely love Dr. Peters, I have gone to her for many years - at least 15. I no longer live in the area and have to drive 36 miles to see her. I would like to go to a doctor closer to home, but it would be hard to find a doctor that I have such a good rapport with. Dr. Peters is always concerned about my health and never hesitates to send me to a specialist if necessary. She works with me on health decisions and asks pertinent questions and listens to me carefully. If Dr. Peters ever leaves her practice I will then be forced to search for another good doctor. Also, I have rarely had to wait long for Dr Peters or the office staff, due to unforseen problems with other patients, and they apologized immediately.

You are the most inexperianced....uneducated wanna be doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting... You are rude, disrespectful, careless... You and the practice you work for lack compassion, understanding, ability to perform duties in a timely fashion ... let alone the capabilities to do daily task. Are unable to assist with proper or timely manner seeking specialist ... unable to properly file claim against insurance companys, Basically your an indiot and have no business being a doctor!!!

She was really concerned about my health issues, and took time to make sure any tests needed were ordered, and follow-ups to a specialist if necessary, later on.
