Dr. Maria Georgina Pineda, MD

So the Doc decides to go on vacation and leave no coverage during the duration of her trip. At least that's what I was originally told. The office manager at the Brick office Louis was so disrespectful and condescending instead of helping he just hung up the phone on me twice. All I was asking for was an emergency refill but he is a loud mouth. I called the Lacey office and they were able to help me right away. So if supposedly this is the same doctor why couldn't the Brick office help me and instead decided to be so unaccommodating?. I'm going to move all my records to the Lacey office even if it's far for me.

We've been going to Doctor Pineda's for two years now and I consider her a good doctor however the overall experience in her office with her staff is terrible. The last guy she hired for the Brick office Louis he is the most rude office person I've ever seen. My sister and I have taken our kids to Doctor Pineda's twice in the last month and this Louis was so arrogant and condescending even telling my sister in front of me he didn't care about us or the kids. I think Dr. Pineda needs to rethink her hiring choices and start hiring helpful and customer-oriented people.

I recently moved to Bayville and brought my son for a physical on his 4th birthday. The first thing I noticed was that there was not a separate waiting room for sick children. Second the office support staff were rude. We had to wait at least 45 minutes. The exam was over in 5 minutes. Listened to his lungs and gave shots. Never asked us to undress him. Never checked any part of his body. It was so bad we made an appointment with the old pediatrician to have the physical repeated at our expense. it reminded me of an assembly line yet we were charged at a high rate. I was so upset I placed a compliant with my insurance.
