Terrible service, every single time. Be prepared to wait 2+ hours every time, only to be seen by the doctor for only 2 minutes. Not sure if this is the fault of the receptionist(s) or the doctor herself but completely unacceptable. Literally changing her as my primary after this visit.

Dr. Prieto-Marichal is an excellent, caring doctor. She spends a lot of time with the patient, listens carefully and discusses treatments and/or medication. However, the staff in her office has the worse people skills, no regard for patient's time. Can't give a straight answer. Then calling the office is a mission, they never answer the phone, put on the service at lunch time which is about 2 hrs. The waiting time to be seen by doctor is eternal, thus the one star.... Doctor is great, office staff and office ethics are non-existent.

Dr. Prieto is a wonderful doctor, she listens her patients patiently and addresses each of their concerns very well. She demonstrate she cares and that she knows well her patients. Dr. Prieto is very professional, caring and she is very professional. Her staff is very courteous and also caring. I am 85 year old person, and even though I have to wait, I value very much the way she listens to me and the take to take care of me.

Excellent doctor, very caring, dedicated and thorough. My only complaint is the long waiting.

Worst doctor ever.. She doesn't respect schedules

Dr. Prieto is very professional and spend a lot of time with her patients. In other words she is an excellent doctor!

This was the worst experience I have had at a doctors office by far. First it took me a week of calling to get an appointment because the office just never picked up the phone. Then I needed to reschedule because of a scheduling conflict. I had to call 27 times in one day just to get through to the office. When I finally got through they changed my appointment date. After that I received 4 calls from their office to inquire why I missed my appointment. I finally get to the office at 9:55 for a 10 am appointment. At 12:11 pm I left without being seen. However the doctor was able to see a drug rep at 1130 ignoring the fact that patients were waiting. The office is unorganized and does not answer the phones. Horrible experience would never set foot in that office again. Would not recommend at all.

This wonderful Dr spent a LOT of time listening to me ramble on about my illness & all the symptoms I've had over the years. Her bedside manner is incredible, she's very attentive and compassionate.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is excellent.
