i dont recommended this doctor to family and friends,her office staff needs to be retrain how to handle patients appointments and her staff shows no respects.This company needs alot of improvement and this includes the doctor,all her patients had to wait for this doctor while she goes to Chicago and this doctor didnt even let her patients know while she was away,then when she returned to Nevada,she had called in sick,then we patients had to wait till she returns to her office,this is rude towards her patients and her office staff was telling the patients the doctor is out in the field doing house calls which wasnt true.The front clerk who answers the phone,she is so rude,she just hangs up the phone or answer the phone ,hello and wait till I start talking,theres alot people whos looking a job,Ashely,you are there only for your paycheck,you have no courtesy what so ever and just lies and not tell the thruth.this office is so messy,they cant handle the job,this office is not… PROFESSIONAL.From I heard,this doctor lost alot of her patients due to her staff not being Proffessional and messy.FOR DR.MARIA C.REGALADO,YOU HAVE LOST ALOT OF YOUR PATIENTS DUE TO YOU GOING TO CHICAGO,WITHOUT LETTING YOUR PATIENTS KNOW.If one of your patients was waiting for a new heart and they had to wait till you returned from your trip,your patient would of die,because you didnt let your patients know,you didnt have coverage and support while you was gone,then return to nevada,then called in sick,I dont think you are a good doctor,as your assistance said your office and staff is poorly staff and they are lost,thats why this office lost so many patients,How sad and Shame on all you who works for this doctor and that goes to Dr.Maria C.
