Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I first become interested in the medical field when I was a child. I became a nurse practitioner because I wanted to have the ability to solve peoples' medical problems both directly through patient care and on a broader scale. Despite the stress (2 out of 10) and long hours in the office, I could never imagine a different career. It's such a fulfilling job! What I want my patients to know about me:I'm here to help you enjoy the journey as much as the destination of a healthier you! I'm a good listener !What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I love to spend quality time with my family and friends. I love to cook, dance Zumba, binge watch Netflix (not always), rollerblade, shop, work out at the gym and watch my two boys play soccer. Did I mention how much I enjoy being a soccer mom?! LOVE IT.
