Best doctor I have had in my 74 years. Caring, compassionate and extremely thorough. Tenacious in trying to solve health issues. Highly recommend her.

I would give this office 0/5 stars if I could. First of all, they make you answer a "questionnaire" that the office manager has to approve before you can even schedule an appointment. I waited almost a whole month before I got fed up with waiting and started calling them. It took me calling 3 times in less than a week to get them to tell me if i could schedule an appointment. When I did show up for my appointment, they told me they could not see me because I didn't have my secondary insurance card for medicaid because I was never sent it and have been trying to get one for over 2 months even though I did have the numbers the needed from the card. The office staff put me into a panic attack with how they treated me. I didn't even get a chance to see the doctor or NP, though they did tell me that all medicaid patients only see the NP and not the doctor. They treat their medicaid patients as second class citizens and are more worried about money than actually doing their jobs. I told the… office coordinator I need to be called by the office manager since I still had yet to hear from him and when he did call, he was extremely rude and condescending. He told me they were too busy to call people back and he made it very clear that this is a business first and that the patients were not the #1 priority. I was told by the office manager, office coordinator, and receptionist to go find another doctor at least 2 or 3 times from each of them. I seriously would not recommend any new patients going here, especially if you have medicaid.

Dr. Smith listens, remembers you, cares about your health from a 360 degree view. The office is super clean and cautious during COVID. They are taking the precautions necessary. If you are picky about your doctor, I suggest you check out Dr. Smith. I have subsized insurance and feel so lucky to have a doctor as good and better than the general GPs and specialists I saw in Boston during the last 40 years.

Attentive, committed and caring. Hard to find a Dr and NPs that care and are interested and n my needs. I’m m glad I switched to her office !

Dr Smith was a great Doctor for many years. Sadly she is choosing to be a “concierge dr.” Meaning to be her patient, you pay an annual member fee of $1,500.00 per patient to receive care that you either were receiving or should be receiving. Along with paying your already expensive insurance premiums and deductibles. When questioned her office manager Bruce was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Then begged me not to report him to the Dr. Such a disappointment for a healthcare professional and feels unethical. $$

I NEEDED A NEW PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR. CHECKOUT HER REVIEWS AND SAW POSITIVITY. GAVE DR. SMITH A TRY AND VERY PLEASE WITH HER. SHE TOOK INTEREST AND LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS AND WAS VERY ATTENTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. I HAVE SEEN HER SO FAR THREE TIMES AND SO HAPPY I FOUND HER. MAY BE A LITTLE WAIT TO SEE HER, BUT SHE IS WORTH THE WAIT. DEFINITELY A GOOD DOCTOR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dr Smith and her team of staff are AMAZING! They are always able to get their patient's in as soon as possible. They take their time and show patient's their health is TOP priority. The wait time is a little long, but that is expected with a physician who is going above and beyond for her patients. Highly recommend her to anyone

Recently moved to area. Dr. Smith was referred by a neighbor. I have been seen twice by her and feel very comfortable with her and her office staff. I have made her my primary doctor.

Compassionate, listens and understands. Great doctor!! The office staff is very upbeat and positive, too.

Dr Smith use to be a very good caring doctor but I notice since she has gotten her own private office space she has change. She don't seem to have very much concern regarding your health she's to quick to just give you medicine that doesn't work with your health problems. She has slso prescibed me some medication but she didn't log it in my records.Constantly changing my medications and this money coming out of my pockets. She just don't care so this is why I left her.
