Dr. Maria Cristina Soto, MD

Dr. Soto was very RUDE while explaining symptoms of patient to the parent!

My wife an I showed up at the office and walked in and there was not one person in the waiting room was completely empty. We had recommendations from the Arnold Pamler Childrens hospital to follow up with his primary care doctor within 3 days due to severe Asthma,and they turned my sick Child Away and Denied us care and to even be our Primary Doctor no longer because we were persistent to be seen that day after they said they dont take walk ins and no more available appt for that day (waiting room completely empty at 130pm) they also said appt should be made 2 weeks in advance, not a very good doctor for children cause emergency do come up and it is mandatory when you have ER Physician orders to follow up in a short time frame due to severity of the condition. I am an LPN myself and work in a Internal Medicine Clinic and do how Clinics are managed and this was completely out of Line with a Doctor in this field of Medicine! I do NOT Recommend anyone with a child to seek services at… this office! only a 2 star rating in Lake county and did not know this until this happened and did my research after we were denied care and made us leave.

We started going to Dr. Soto in 2008. She is a very nice doctor but is also straight to the point. I like that, she will tell you exactly what is going on and why. The staff is also great!!

I've seen this doctor several times now and she's have been very knowlegeable and caring. As a health care professional myself and a mother I'm very happy with this pediatrician.

Dr. Soto is not a very warm and caring doctor would not recommend her to anyone
