Dr. Maria Cythia Yango-Eugenio, MD

Front desk lady barely speaks English and has a strong accent. The best part is the assistant. The doctor herself appears nice at the beginning but later if you have any additional questions she makes you arranged and appointment over FaceTime. Which is odd because it's easier to reply to a message especially if it's a questions . She just wants your money that's all. During FaceTime appointment she is lying in bed covered with blanket and doesn't let you talk or ask questions. She just gives lecture and later decided to end call without even asking if you understand everything or have any questions Well you get allergy test done / assistant texts her the picture of results and that's how she determines your level of allergies. Really unprofessional and careless approach. Strongly don't recommend her.

My first “appointment” I had was via FaceTime and she dictated the whole time I was speaking and I felt I could not get a word in. I felt like she wasn’t truly listening to me. I gave her a second chance and scheduled the recommended allergy skin testing. I had an appointment a few Saturdays ago & upon arrival the staff seemed unsure of what to do or even if they could do the testing. Nothing was ever voiced to me though. I sat in a small room & I could hear them questioning what to do. The dr was not even in the office. She kept calling me on my personal cellphone and I could even hear her calling the desk. If you need such constant communication why not come in? I’m not sure if it’s like this all the time or if it was just because it was on a Saturday? They performed the test which luckily only caused a local reaction but I think after having a bad allergic reaction and getting referred to her they’d want to be more careful and have a dr in house. It seems like a liability to me and… also is very impersonal. The office is disorganized and unprofessional. The whole thing made me really nervous. I plan on going elsewhere.

Office is disorganized (nurses were locked out 2 weeks in a row when I showed up for my shots). Nurses not well trained and gave me the wrong shot. (I was told to come on a different day when her more experienced staff was on call). Staff is uninformed. (I asked for their hours on Weds and was told 8 am. When I showed up at 8, I saw a small notice on the door saying they open at 11:00). Dr does not take responsibility for any mistakes. I was told that I could have avoided showing up at the wrong time by confirming their hours by calling before my apt!

Dr. Yango is a skilled allergist with wonderful bedside manner. I saw her for many years, from childhood up until I turned 18 and moved away from home. I have yet to locate an allergist quite like Dr. Yango where I currently live, even multiple years later

her medical expertise is outdated! New doctors will make you re-test everything since her testing "is opinionated" and "extremely out dated".

My family has been seeing Dr. Yango for many years. She is an excellent diagnostician and has a lovely bedside manner. She has helped me and my family manage their allergies very successfully. She is always there for you and can't say enough great things about her staff.

It was fine in the beginning. After a time she changed. Wasn't as friendly. One of her office help insulted me. Told her and then office lady apologized but it was upsetting since I was going there long before that girl worked there. Didn't like that office help. Snooty. Then when I told the doctor I homeschool she was very aloof. Not friendly anymore. Such a shame.

Dr.Yango-Eugenio is a terrible physician who has bi-polar disorder and falsely claims her sons work for her office, making them employees when they have never worked there. She does this so they can falsely have evidence of experience for their medical schools. It is illegal and a federal crime do this, hide it from the government, and get government benefits and paychecks to her sons who have never worked there a day in their lives. Both boys were actually in school during the claimed time. she is untrustworthy.
