Dr. Yonahara is an AWFUL PCP. She does not care about her patients at all. Every single time I call the office, I ask the receptionist if I can schedule an appointment with her or if I can speak to her briefly, the receptionist will ask the reason, (which is violating HIPPA laws), for wanting to schedule an appt./talk to her. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have been denied because my reasons weren’t “critical” enough. In addition, I recently got into a really bad car accident and the day I was released from the hospital, I called Dr. Yonahara for a follow up and to have her send in referrals in to doctors who take “no fault injury” patients and I was denied because Dr. Yonahara, herself, does not take “no fault injury” patients. She also has terrible bedside manner. I am currently in search of a new PCP. I would give her no stars if that was possible.

She seemed really nice at first, but contradicted some things my specialist told me. She also didn’t properly do my well-woman exam.

No help. Belittled me and my other doctors. Acts like god but she openly contradicted her advice to me during my visit
