Dr. Bago is never available. Never a prescribed around and calls take days to be called back. Think it has gotten too big. Doctors never stay at the practice. What about the patient? More concerned about pushing their products!

Dr. is not available for appointments several months out of the year. Office failed to follow up numerous times on several different issues/ requests. Overall seems like the focus is more on selling you supplements and pushing concierge care.

I think this "practice" has grown too big, too fast. I felt like NOTHING but a number to them. On my first appointment, my daughter had appointments scheduled at 3:45 and and 4:15pm. My daughter was called at 4pm and I wasn't called until 5:20pm. Then I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes until the doctor came in for a quick 1-2-3 and sent me out to get more tests done. They scheduled me for bloodwork, and a physical, but first they set me up to get an Ultrasound in their office downstairs for a day or two later. I had the ultrasound and was told they would call me within 24 hours with the results. I ended up calling them 3-days later to be told the results were suspect and they wanted me to have a mammogram and they would write the prescription to get it done in the same place I had the ultrasound. So I asked them "You do mammograms downstairs?" They said no. They didn't even know I had my tests with them. The day comes for me to get my mammogram and I made the appointment for 1st… thing in the morning so I could get to work. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes I asked if there was a problem and the nice woman behind the desk said that Premier Family Health had written my prescription wrong and they were "TRYING" to get a hold of someone in the office to correct it. They finally gave up trying to get a new prescription and did my test and told me they would get it to my doctor within 24 hours. Two days later I called Premier Family Health to see if my results were in and they said the results were inconclusive and they wanted me to get an Ultrasound. When I told them I already had one they said that someone would have to call me back. When someone called me back they said my results were suspect and they wanted to add some news tests to my blood work which was already scheduled.The LAST straw was getting a call that they had to cancel/reschedule my blood work because the doctor was going out of town. Top that off with the fact they did blood work on my daughter and were told we would get the results within a week. Well, three weeks later when they called to cancel/reschedule my bloodwork I told them I never got my daughter's results and they said Oh, well we called and left a message but no one called us back. I told them I had no missed calls or messages from them, and they said "Sorry" so apathetically it was nauseating.They are great at ONE thing and that's making their patients feel like they are an afterthought.
