Dr. Is one in as million! She is Our Grandaughter, Mailee s Doctor. You are truly blessed to have her for your child's Dr. Dr. M. Ishchander Does so much more,! supporting and involving family members in a training care giver program. Along with Eda as they work so well together . My son loves her . She spent a very long time going over everything concerning his health problems and she exceeded my expectations for the appointment.

Worst experience I've had with a doctor in a long time. Wait in clinic was over 2 1/2 hours long. Nursing staff rude and unprofessional and never returns phone calls. Called in a refill for a very important prescription for my child and never got a response. We'll rely on our PCP from now on.

By far the best doctor ever! Come back to UCLA...we miss you!

i am so sad to hear she is leaving ucla, truly one of the gets drs around, caring and thoughtful. I always feel encouraged after s peaking with her. She saved my child's life by diagnosing a rare but deadly fungal infection.

Dr. Ishander is the best pediatric pulmonologist. My son has multiple diagnoses and she works with all of his specialists for the betterment of my son's health. Her caring for my son has gone way beyond what is expected from a physician. She is extremely thorough, and fights for the needs of her patients. She has gone to bat many times for my son and has provided him excellent care for many years. She has been there 24/7 for my son...she strives for the best care and treatments available. I highly recommend her - she is a doctor to be respectedd and one you would want by your child's side.

Dr. Ischander is the most caring doctor we have ever met! My son was a preemie & had numerous medical problems especially respiratory. She was aggressive in her care for him but if it wasn't for her diligence my son would not be with us today! We continued to see her years after in clinic. She looks at the overall picture and makes sure she doesn't miss anything in each office visit. We appreciate all the advise and the time she gives us. We love her so much and would recommend her to others!

My son has serious long term health care issues. For over 14 years he's seen many many different doctors and specialists. Dr. Miriam Ischander has always gone above and beyond what other doctors have done. She helps collaborate his care and takes time to look at the whole picture, which is often needed in caring for children with multiple health care needs. Working in the medical field myself, I know first-hand what is expected of health care professionals, and Dr. Ischander exceeds that. She has ALWAYS been extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding and pro-active in my son's health care. I highly recommend her!

Misdiagnoses and applies extremely aggressive therapies without reviewing diagnostic tests for accuracy.

Unprofessional, zero knowledge or experience in treating kids, will kill your child faster than any poison, uses aggressive treatments without any diagnosis...should have never received her license
