I went to the pharmacy to purchase a CBD oil they told me was the exact same as the product I was using. I was looking for the most cost effective way to manage chronic severe pain and I spoke with the pharmacist herself and she TOLD ME TO MY FACE it was the same. I took it home, it did not work. I researched the product and called a rep for the product. He specifically said, IT IS NOT THE SAME AT ALL. He even wanted to know which pharmacy it was, so he could call and let them know. I called the pharmacist back, she agreed again that she told me they were the same and when I told her they are not, she conceded to replace the one I purchased with the brand I normally use and refund the remaining of my money. The next day, I called to verify they would order in the other product and they told me they were not going to back their word and retracted the exchange and everything, It cost me $100 of money I was trying to be cost effective with. Totally unethical and unGodly place to… deal with
