This is by far the worst medical practice I have ever visited. The office staff is extremely rude to deal with on all aspects; scheduling, paying and trying to confirm appointments. After sending me an email at 8:00 am, they asked me to confirm my appointment by 10:00 am on the same day. Since I work with patients and couldn't check my email until the end of the day, I couldn't confirm my appointment that was 7 days out,yes, 7 days, not 1 or 2 days out, 7 days...they canceled my appointment. The other problem was- they only take cash, master card and visa. I show up on the day of my appointment and won't see me because I didn't bring the form of payment they accept. I brought my check book and discover card which they don't accept! I was never informed they didn't take these payments prior to my appointment. I knew she didn't file my insurance so I was prepared to pay out of pocket. hey informed me if I wanted to be seen I needed to go to the post office down the street and get a… money order or cashiers check- whatever the post office does; the problem with was.....It was Columbus Day and the post office was CLOSED! So I say, "I guess I won't be seeing Dr. Petry today." The receptionist replied, "if you leave you will be charged the $150.00 cancellation fee! Are you kidding me!!!! I was n't informed of the payments they accepted, I was prepared to pay with check or discover credit card, they couldn't see me with those particular forms of payment and then thought they would charge me an outlandish fee for a canceled appointment that I was there for! This was absolutely the craziest office I have ever been to and will not be returning, nor recommending anyone else to go.

Dr St Petery is extremely nice. She spends time explaining things to me and answering questions (way more than what usually doctors spend). She is thorough and follows up consistently.
