Dr. Mariana Lia Perinot, MD

Dr. Perinot was so kind and considerate of my child's mental illness. She didn't put undo stress on my child and took immediate action to order appropriate diagnostic testing so that unnecessary meds and guessing at a diagnosis could be avoided. She made some practical suggestions as well. Although Dr. Perinot's bedside manner was not rude, it was clear that she was doing her best to smile, listen, and take time to show she cared. That was greatly appreciated. I believe that sometimes the stress of a job can cause someone's true personality and their care for a patient to inhibit them from showing the bedside manner they would prefer to have. A bit of appreciation and commendation to a Dr. can change their whole demeanor. We had a wonderful experience and are so sad to see that she is no longer at OMH group. Wish we knew where she went.

She does not care for her patients she is very rude and will not listen to reason, she treats you poorly and doesn't even do her job right, I hope the others see this because she needs to be fired, I saw the other reviews and listen when I tell ya the others are right about her. NEVER SEE HER!

Dr Perinot is one of those rare physicians that epitomizes patient and doctor being a unified team re: your healthcare! She listens to you, is an excellent clinician, is very knowledgeable, explains results, options and coordinates your care WITH you, based on your priorities.

She just assumes what is wrong with you. Orders a whole bunch of things you don't need, but have to pay for. then gets mad when you say no more and try to get her to listen.

Sorry to see her go the COPPER Country is losing one of the best doctors in the area

Atrocious bedside manner. Treated me like I was an idiot. And then denied my initial diagnoses (this was a follow up). Saw a specialist immediately afterwards who negated her diagnoses (and reaffirmed original diagnosis). Very rude and condescending.

she poked my cheek and said I didn't have a sinus infection or it would hurt more. end of exam.

8 am app-she waltzes in at 8:45 wrinkled, dirty, condescending, and distracted. Could hear her laughing and talking loudly to others loudly before, during, and after in the hall. She found nothing, did no tests, barely looked. We were there 2 1/2 hrs. I had a major sinus infection discovered 3 days later by someone competent.
