My open communication style is a truly unique approach to psychiatry. I believe patient treatment is enhanced when all providers work together. I welcome reciprocal provider communication to better serve the ongoing care needs of each patient. My patients become an active participant in his or her own treatment. I treat each patient with compassion and empathy. I am soft-spoken with a direct style and active listening approach that empowers people to speak openly.

This Clinic absolutely does not care about your mental health or supporting you in any way. I lost my job and had to cancel my appointment because I no longer had insurance after being a paying customer FOR YEARS and they still charged me $100 fee for canceling my appointment, which I cancelled in advance! Furthermore, my doctor Kayla Carey refused to provide me with any more refills on a Rx that I desperately need. Now they're threatening to send me to collections over this but nobody will answer the phone to allow me to make a payment that I shouldn't have to pay in the first place. I am a good patient who always paid my bills on time and never missed my appointments and this is how they treat me. Absolutely abhorrent, all they care about is taking your money they don't give a flying f*** about your mental health, trust me go somewhere else.

She helped me when I was at my lowest point. Through therapy and the right medications, she knows her profession very well.

I have been with Dr. Geiger for approximately nine years. I find her down-to-earth, honest and caring. It's like Sharing your problems with an old friend.

Dr. Geiger is very friendly, down to earth, not like some other psychiatrists I have had in the past who have been uninterested, smug, and condescending. Dr. Geiger is none of these. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in finding a decent psychiatrist that ssits and actually listens. You don't feel like you're a number that needs to be hurded out quickly.

Short note. I'm a patient of over 15 years and Dr. Geiger treats you truly like a family member. She actually has a personality and cares about you as a person. I can't recommend her more highly.
