Amazing doctor- Great Bedside manners and office staff helpful when I was in traffic and didn’t cancel the appointment accepted me coming in late. I had wait my turn, but it did not matter I was happy to be seen. Limited time since I took the afternoon off from work.

The receptionist was rude.There is not anybody who can pick up the phone. long waiting perood

I was pleased to find that doctor Quintero listen to my concerns and ran the appropriate tests to rule out my and my endocrinologist concerns. She truly took the time to wait until I was finished speaking before she made her suggestion and offered Solutions. The follow-up visit one year later was exactly the same. I was very satisfied with her professionalism as well as her wonderful bedside manner. Denise C.

Front desk receptionist unprofessional, rude, tardy from lunch kept patient waiting to make aspt. She spoke ill of 2 of Dr. Quintero colleagues sharing same office space. Coolected wring copay did not check check amount (inefficient) shared experience with Quintero she backed this persons performance. Quintero requires a stenographer while she sees patients person typing nonstop I found distracting, loud and personal rude as Dr had to ask same question twice per Quintero new way of doing her notes so she doesn’t have to do at end of day. I’m 61 she is the 1st Dr I encountered that requires a scribe, not for me, won’t recommend or go back! Provided Quintero with feedback she says we aren’t a fit. Really??? I knew that when I left her office in 5 minutes looking for a new Doc.

The doctor is not available, the office never picks up the phone, leaving a message is a waste of time, and the personnel is more than willing to hang up the phone or rush you if you talk more than expected. The doctor doesn't do a complete evaluation unless you ask for it, but is more than willing to try any medicine without doing a research first.

Dr Quintero is an excellent doctor. She really takes the time to listen to you before she speaks. She has an excellent bedside manner, very caring and compassionate. However, to get an appointment is a nightmare! They never answer the phone, it always goes to voice mail whether I call morning or afternoon. Very frustrating to try and get an appointment. They were very kind in the office but they really need to fix the phone situation in my opinion

Dr. Quintero is my preferred doctor! I would recommend her anytime!
