Dr. Marie Blacker, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, raised in Blackfoot, Idaho, and with a professional career spanning more than thirty years in Utah, is dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults through their mental health journeys. She specializes in innovative treatments, including Spravato (esketamine) treatment, with a focus on bringing hope to individuals facing treatment‑resistant conditions.

Marie Blacker combines evidence‑based psychotherapeutic modalities with pharmacologic and Spravato‑assisted approaches, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s needs. Her extensive experience in neurotrauma, palliative care, and hospice care informs a compassionate, comprehensive philosophy that emphasizes safety, functional recovery, and quality of life.
