Dr. Marie Ann Czaplicki-Margiotti, MD

I broke my ankle is 3 places. This was during the corona19 pandemic. I Went to ER and they contacted Dr. Marie A Czaplicki-Margiotti. I was advised to call her the next morning to review my situation and set up an appointment, which I did. I called before the office opened and left a message. I received a call back within a half an hour. The nurse calling back was already aware that I would be calling and told me I could come in as soon as I could get there. Extremely nice and understanding. I was on my way at once about 30 minutes from my home. When I arrived the nurse could not have been more helpful. Welcomed me and helped me with any questions regarding the forms I needed to fill out. After filling out the forms I saw the doctor in less than 5 minutes. Also very welcoming, the Dr had a wonderful bed side manner which means a lot to me. Very calming and caring. Went into all aspects of my injury and when I asked her to repeat something, she was great. I was very worried walking… into Dr. Marie A Czaplicki-Margiotti office with regards to my injury, when I left I could not have be happier with the overall service and care I received. Excellent. I have a follow up appointment In two weeks. Thanks to all.

Never been to a doctor office that was so rude or one that didn't care so openly about their patients. I've seen a lot of doctors great ones ok ones but this office was by far the worse one

i have been to this doctor a few times, on the first ever visit they were excessively rude and nasty and i addressed it with them and we worked through it because everyone has a bad day we are all human . Long story short there were a few visits of which went fair .. the office is dirty , the attitude of the doctor is awful , the staff is worse then the doctor but the doctor condones it ..they can do just what they want..take my advice go seek better care and read ALL her reviews on other sites , most of them say the same ..very unprofessional . time to retire margiotti and especially your staff they need a job in a factory where they dont deal with humans .. they are not good with people that is for sure!! hmm and that is if you can get them on the phone to make an appointment .. pick up when they feel it i suppose . very bad experiences there, not just once.

Her and her staff have no compassion especially for someone who is in a lot of pain. I wouldnt refer her to anyone. Never returns phone calls. Very disappointed!

I like her. She really helped when my shoulder was bad. I don't even live near her office but I travel an hour to see her. I am now going to her for my knee.

By far the dirtiest office and most unprofessional staff ever. Staff discriminating to those with Medicaid stating they can't treat pre existing conditions. Called me fat and that's why my knees are weak. Meanwhile all the office staff are morbidly obese and dirty. Run don't walk far away I will never go back

Does not listen. Does not accurately diagnose. Fat shaming. Irritable. Cannot recommend. Just a nasty experience! Staff is disgusting. Receptionist licks her fingers while turning the pages of your reports and gives them back with her saliva on them. EEEW!
