Dr. Marie Evelyne Moise

The wait was very long, first time seeing my PCP. (just for background I am a licensed Health Insurance Agent, so I sell insurance everyday!) When they finally called me up, the receptionist tried to charge me a copay for the visit. I said no this is my Annual Routine Physical, that is how I booked my appointment. So its a preventive visit which is suppose to be free of charge. She said well we do it because your a new patient and we charge more for new patients. I said I don't care this is how i booked my appointment and I know I have no charge. She had to go ask everybody in the office, to see if I was correct. She then called my Insurance company and asked them the same thing, Both myself and the rep from my insurance said, its all on what code you use when you bill. Needless to say I was very irriated. On top of that I wasn't satisfied with Dr. Moise, I didn't like her bedside manner. Needless to say I chose a new PCP.
