My last visit was for belly pain and a fever. Was told I had a flu. After my visit I looked at my blood work and I had concerns, but still I went home to tend to my children. Needless to say she was wrong about me and what was going on in my body. I was hospitalized a few hours later after 6 year old called 911 when I collapsed and would not wakeup on the kitchen floor making dinner with my 7 month old in his highchair. Turns out that I was septic from a tear in my bowl caused by a adhesion I had pulled a few day earlier. Her negligence and unwillingness to hear me out got me emergency surgery, removal of 9 inches of intestine, a colostomy bag, an extended stay in the hospital and gave my 6 year old daughter PTSD. I am alive today only because of the amazing actions of my amazing child and EMS, the emergency room doctors and surgeons. She shouldn't be in medicine.
