I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Dr Jhin and her staff are the best at what they do. I’ve been a loyal patient for years and I’ve always had the best results. I’ve gotten Botox and other cosmetic procedures and have always been satisfied with my results. The reviews that are negative do not reflect the practice that Dr. Jhin runs and they are bitter/not real patients. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dermatologist.

I have been seeing Dr Jhin for over 15 years. She is my favorite doctor who is personal and makes my skin look flawless. No problems with staff or her PA at all

I never say Dr. Jhin though that is who I made my appointment with. It took less than two minutes for the Dr. I saw to do a full body mole check. She also took a skin sample but no one ever called me to tell me the outcome. I called them and they said it was not ready. I have never felt so rushed and disregarded.

I saw Dr. Jhin's PA when I developed a full body rash. She called in Dr. Jhin, who stayed in the room all of 3 minutes to diagnose a drug reaction and instruct her PA to take a biopsy and give me prednisone. She didn't stay to answer my questions, even when I pointed out that I take a medication that can cause a life-threatening rash. The next day I sought a second opinion. The doctors there were WONDERFUL. They took my rash (which continued to spread despite the prednisone) and the risk seriously, tracked down the biopsy lab to expedite the results (which, btw, Dr. Jhin's office never even called to discuss with me), answered all of my questions, and helped me get the rash under control (which took about a month to fully disappear). Bottom line: If you want to see a doctor who is actually interested in your health, not just your aesthetics, I suggest going elsewhere.p.s. To top it off, Dr. Jhin's office messed up the billing. Three months later I'm still straightening things out… between her office and the insurance company.
