had a very non chalaunt attitude about issues that were life disrupting and painful. When asked about treatment for a guessed diagnosis of Rosacia for myself she offered only pill medication and no topical treatment or facial cleansers, toners, moisturizers, etc... Even though I inquired about them. She stated I would have to be medicated all my life. When I asked for more info and products she suggested I look on the Internet with no direct product or website info. When I asked if rosacia could be associated with weight she insisted it could not possibly be and that was silly. I shared my experience that when I dropped my weight below a certain number it went away. I never had the problem before passing that weight FYI. No way she said. Well that was 2-3 years ago and now that I've lost weight and dropped below that weight my problems have seem to have disappeared. I searched online and discovered there is clear scientific data proving the contrary to her prognosis, etc... Body weight… is very much correlated to active Rosacia! Another reason to maintain a healthy body. For 5'7 stay below 165 and target 145 for a woman. Which is coincidently the precise number I notices my changes and inquired about. This is scientific data that has been confirmed as of many years ago and it seems someone who specializes in dermatology should be clearly aware of let alone the CHIEF of dermatology. No thank you! I'll take my self paid ppo and hard earned money elsewhere. Good luck!
