I came to Lombardi following an ER visit after a seizure and discovered I was also a type 2 diabetic. Marie was the doctor I was given at my first appointment and I am absolutely grateful to her for giving me the tools and information to get my health on track. I was super morbidly obese, bad the beetus and epilepsy, high blood pressure, all the bad things that come with being that weight. She never made me feel like less than and guided me down the road I needed to go, sharing information and listening to my concerns. I weighed over 400 lbs at my first visit. Without surgery or prescriptions other than what was needed to control my diabetes, blood pressure and seizure disorder, I lost 300+ lbs. I couldn't have done that without her. The review accusing her of disordered eating and "fat-phobia" is absurd and disgusting. She is an amazing and dedicated physician. I'm eternally grateful to her for my improved health.
