After a 1-1/2 hour wait I had my first appointment with Dr. Ray. After much suffering on my part a minor in office surgery was scheduled for my second appointment. On that day after another long wait I was told she “didn’t have time for me”. After rescheduling the surgery for my third appointment her office calls asking me to sign a waiver. Unwilling to check with my insurance provider regarding coverage they say I could be charged $585. There was no mention of this waiver before my second appointment, the day the surgery was initially scheduled. Now I am told that unless I sign they will deny medical care. I’ve never experienced this from any other doctor that accepts Medicare. Dr. Ray’s rude, insensitive, and in my opinion unethical professional practices along with my decision to not be extorted have left me suffering and waiting for a referral to another surgeon from my primary care provider. I would urge you to avoid the hassle and find another doctor.

Dr. Ray saved my life and I just love her. She is very kind and gentle, answers all questions and she has a !lovely smile! She took very good care of me. Thank you Dr. Ray!

Excellent doctor

Dr. Ray always took the time to answer all questions and my entire family's questions. when insurance decided not to cover the procedure of my choosing Dr. Ray and staff wrote letters and appealed there decision Its nice to have a Dr fighting for you and not them. Great Dr.

She is a very knoweledgable surgeon with great bedside manner.
