They have an online scheduling system so I scheduled an appointment last week for today in the morning. I did not go to work and went there BUT the receptionist told me that we do not have a doctor today! When is your appointment for? I said day and I made it online. She said I am sorry but I do not have your name here... and we do not have a doctor today! Then she corrected herself and said the doctor had a family emergency and she is not here. Then I said why you did not contact me and inform me? She said but I do not have your name... I said why do you have the online thing if it is not working? She said it works but... (and did not explain more) Then she said I am so sorry but she is not here, do you want to reschedule? OF COURSE I DO NOT SCHEDULE with them again. This is ridiculous and means they do not care about my time at all. (I think the doctor was not supposed to come and they just make the appointment available online for no reason and they do not even check if anyone… makes any appointment. )
