Dr. Marilou In Ching, MD

My first impression of Dr. Ching was very favorable, however after leaving the hospital there was little or no follow up by her or her staff. Apparently she travels quite a bit and is not very accessible when she travels. When we had an issue arise we called several times in a span of three days but no one returned our call. When we did get a hold of someone they said Dr Ching was traveling and still had not called back regarding our issue. The office seems disorganized and unable to get in touch with Dr. Ching. My follow up appointments had to be scheduled around her travel and not around the timeline of my rehabilitation. Do yourself a favor find another Doctor that actually works around your progress instead of her travel schedule. Very disappointed!
