Dr. Madrigal is an amazing doctor, with great bedside manners and very sweet and caring to her patients. The two girls that work alongside the doctor are very sweet, some people do not understand what it's like to work at a doctors office in her specialty the girls doing the job of 10, I give them props because they are hard & dedicated workers doing the best they can to help, solve & dedicate their time to the patients. you always have to have the time to see her & be patient. We are all humans & always remember your situation could be worst, so before you judge or criticize think about how far worst other people are.
