Dr. Marilyn Kay Glassberg, MD

Took my father there in late 2015 to be assessed for pulmonary fibrosis. She was always rushed and thought nothing of keeping you waiting for hours - after all she is very important. If not for her rheumatology partner in the clinic, we probably would still be waiting for a diagnosis and call back. The people working in her office are just as inefficient. Always saying they will call back and then never do. Keep in mind most patients are dealing with SERIOUS lung diseases - this is the only reason to see THIS doctor and put up with coming to this clinic. She is a great physician - really knows pulmonology, but should not be dealing with "common people" - you know, patients.

Doctors don't realize that they are only as good as the staff that represent them. In this case, Dr. Glassberg's staff is awful and it makes the visit more difficult that it needs to be!! It is frustrating talking to her assistant and she does not understand English very well.

It has been 2 months since my visit and I have not heard from the doctor's office about follow up and/or the possiblity of a lung transplant.
